Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Novare Creative, [registered address], United Kingdom, which operates Sampulls. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use Sampulls

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

What Sampulls does

Sampulls helps you track product samples and content deadlines. Some features let you connect your TikTok Shop creator account so that your sample data is imported automatically. Others let you add and manage samples yourself.

Deadlines and reminders

This is the most important thing to understand about the service. Deadlines shown in Sampulls are calculated from data supplied by TikTok or entered by you, and reminders are delivered by email, browser notification or both.

These are a convenience and not a guarantee. Data can be missing or wrong, notifications can fail to deliver, and TikTok can change its rules without notice. You remain solely responsible for meeting your own obligations to TikTok and to the brands you work with. We are not liable for a missed deadline, a lost partnership, a withheld sample or any consequence of relying on a reminder that did not arrive or was inaccurate.

Content ideas

Content ideas are generated by an AI model and are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking anything you publish, including that it complies with TikTok's rules, advertising disclosure requirements and any agreement you have with a brand.

Your TikTok account

Connecting your TikTok account is your choice and remains subject to TikTok's own terms. You confirm you have the right to connect the account you authorise. You can disconnect at any time. If TikTok withdraws or changes our access to its API, features that depend on it may stop working, and we may have to change or remove them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Connect an account you do not own or control.
• Use Sampulls to break TikTok's terms or any applicable law.
• Attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt, probe or overload the service.
• Resell, scrape or redistribute the service or its output as your own product.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Plans and payment

Tracking samples manually is free. Paid plans unlock additional features and are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your paid features remain available until then. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it or we have failed to provide the service. If we change our prices we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your content

Anything you put into Sampulls stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and to run the features you have asked for. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep Sampulls running reliably but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of anything significant where we can.

Liability

Sampulls is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost partnerships or indirect losses. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50 if you are on a free plan.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you use Sampulls as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time. We may close or suspend an account for a breach of these terms, or if we stop providing the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use Sampulls after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
